If you live in Pittsburgh and have a heartbeat, you know who this is.  It's Nyia Page.  Or rather the LATE Nyia Page.

Her daddy got pissed off because she wouldn't go to bed so he could all biddy with the 6 year old boy in the house and so he knocked her over and she hit her head.  So then what did daddy do?  He took his little precious out in the subzero temperatures dressed in a diaper and a sweater and wrapped her in a blanket and left her there while he went back home...you know, to get biddy.

Friggin' asshole.

Nyia woke up and wandered around...barefoot in the snow.  It was in the negative digits that night people and what did this fine specimen do?  He left her out there to die.  To freeze to death.  While he molested her 6 year old brother.

I am not for the death penalty but I really do hope he gets to be Bubba's girlfriend real quick.  And then once the broomstick is wedged up his ass?  Throw him out into the snow to die too.

In theory I'm always against the death penalty until you tell me the particulars of a case and then I volunteer to flip the switch on the bastard.

My moral compass is spinning. I have to say, in defiance of my stated beliefs, that I hope whatever happens to him hurts, and does so for a long, long time.

I'm with you all the way. I think the punishment you suggested is WAY too nice to do to him., however, if you ask me.

This report made me sick from the beginning. I agree with you about hoping big bubba becomes his momma.... That man will definitely have to stand before God and answer for this. And the mom is 8 mos pregnant with another one.
(Oh and BTW the bookstore is the B&N in Monroeville.)

Mother believes in the death penalty. Whatever it takes to hasten his trip to hell. He will have to answer to his maker. Hope it is sooner than later.
I'll volunteer to make it sooner.

I read this on CNN earlier this week and it made me sick. I AM a proponent of the death penalty and this case is the precise reason. Heartbreaking. :(

I have a 22 month daughter also, so the reality of this tragedy hit close to home. I don't think this animal setting in a warm jail cell for the rest of his life, or even put silently asleep in a cozy bed while onlookers watched, will ever compare to waking up a small infant alone in the dark, Freezing. This is no punishment for a crime so Great! Drop him off in Alaska naked,for the polar bears or the conditions which ever wants him first!
