Getting My 8
Feb. 26th, 2007 11:46 amI went to bed last night at 10:06pm. I had been watching "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" but turned the TV off at exactly 10:06 and went to sleep.
I woke up at 12:30 and then again at 1:something and later at 3:30'ish but when I got up at 5:50, I felt pretty rested. When I stay up until 10:30 or 11:00, I always feel like I am exhausted the next day. Yesterday was a fun-filled day but I purposely did NOT take a nap so I could get to sleep last night.
Funny how that works. A half hour to the dark side and my week would be ruined. As it is, I feel pretty good today.
